Welcome to our charming single-family home in the beautiful town of Brighton, Tennessee! Our home features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating you and your group. Country life awaits you while being less than 40 minutes from all Memphis tourist attractions! Sit back with a good book or decompress from a day of exploration! This cute bungalow house on Main St USA is centrally located on Brighton, TN historic town square. Feel like you’re back in time with the trains running through the country area, the street tunnels underneath them, and the country cooking the town has to offer.

LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM /KITCHEN

As you walk into the home, the living room greets you with plenty of seating, a dining area and fully equipped kitchen.  There is lots of natural light providing a very pleasant place to hang out with the family after a long day.  The full kitchen provides all you’ll need to prepare small or large meals complete with a beautiful island, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee pot, and pantry to store all your food.  You’ll also be provided with a stackable washer and dryer here in case you need to get anything cleaned up during a long stay. 

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

There are two beautiful bedrooms in this home, the first with a king bed, extra storage, an en-suite bathroom and a door that leads to the backyard!  The master bathroom is newly remodeled and has a tub/shower to relax in after a long day.

The second bedroom contains one double bed for another couple or kiddos and is full of charm.  There is an additional half bath in this home for more space to get ready for your Brighton adventures!

OUTSIDE

Outside the home there’s lots of green space to sit out back and listen to the trains or throw a ball around.  It is perfect and quaint.

  • Pets are welcome but with a fee of 25 dollars per night plus 15 percent taxes
  • We’ll ask for a signed rental agreement upon booking
  • A $500 dollar security deposit hold will be authorized 2 days prior and held for 7 days post stay

Payment Schedule – 100% due at the time of booking.

Standard Tennesse Occupancy Tax for this reservation is 7 percent, Tipton County requires us to collect a 7.25 percent tax on all rental night rates, cleaning fees, pet fees from every guest. Owner / Host does not make any income off of this.

Pets are 100 percent welcome to be with you during your stay at this location, but there will be an additional charge shown at booking. 

Cancellation Policy –Guest receives 95% if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before arrival; No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit – A pre-authorization of $500 is due 2 days before arrival and released 7 days after departure.

Management Fee – There will be a $30 management fee.
